All sales are final. The O Curation does not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, unless a significant defect is not disclosed prior to sale.

In the rare event that an incorrect item is shipped, a prepaid return label will be provided. Once the original item is received, the correct product will be shipped to the customer. Please note, orders cannot be modified (including changes to shipping address or item selection) once they have been placed.
