The O Curation is not responsible for lost or missing packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us for assistance with next steps.

We offer complimentary ground shipping within the U.S. via FedEx or UPS. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box will be shipped through USPS.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment receipt. Delivery times reflect business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact The O Curations promptly. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide support for related inquiries, including customs matters.
